My stay at The Ritz in Vail exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The beautiful location offered stunning mountain views, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. However, the lack of in-house dining options was a bit disappointing, and I experienced spotty cell service during my stay. Overall, I would definitely choose to stay here again, as it was a wonderful getaway.

My stay at Legendary Lodging at The Ritz in Vail was mostly very nice, but I did face some service hiccups. The accommodations were luxurious, featuring a spacious three-bedroom suite complete with a full kitchen. However, the ski valet service was a bit of a mess, and it took a lot longer than expected to retrieve my gear. All in all, I had a good time, especially enjoying the spa and the cozy atmosphere.

However, the management's communication issues during checkout soured the experience and left me frustrated. It's a beautiful hotel with potential, but the lack of organization was disappointing. 🌄😕

The spacious room provided all the comforts of home, including well-equipped kitchens and heated bathroom floors, which I loved. I appreciated the warm and friendly staff, particularly in how they managed our dining needs effortlessly.
